REDUCED FEE ADOPTIONS!

We have some great animals that are brought into our shelter just waiting for their forever home! The primary function of the Lancaster County Animal Shelter is to house and care for stray and surrendered animals. If stray pets are not claimed after a 5-day stray hold, the animal becomes the property of Lancaster County and are offered to the public for adoption. You DO NOT need to be a Lancaster County Resident in order to adopt from the shelter.
