Libby and Maces Place

We do require interested adopters to complete our Adoption Application form online.

Requirements:

• We do require a $10 non-refundable application fee to process any applications submitted. Payments are accepted via Venmo to @libbyandmace or via Zelle/Paypal to Laura.libby.mace@gmail.com
• Please know that adopters must be at least 23 years old and have a valid, government issued ID.
• Home visits by Libby & Mace’s Place adoption coordinators are required prior to adoption.
• Up to date adoption fees are listed on the application form and are due at the beginning of the trial period
• Libby & Mace’s Place reserves the right to refuse any adoption application for any reason
